Our process of order analysis is the basis of the estimation of the project timeline and cost.

Our process of order analysis is the basis of the estimation of the project timeline and cost.

Problem definition. At this stage the customer requirements are reviewed, and all conditions for project execution are determined. The result of this stage is the project specification document.

Technical analysis of the project. Based on the project specification, our specialists will select the optimal technologies needed to complete the project, and produce a general description of the project architecture.

Workgroup selection. Based on the analysis of the requirements, a group of specialists will be selected to work on the project. A complete list of the selected workgroup will be sent to the customer for approval. During the workgroup selection process the customer's wishes regarding the structure and size of the team will be taken into consideration.

Hourly rate calculation. During this stage the hourly rate of the workgroup members will be determined.

Project cost determination. At this stage our specialists will estimate how many working hours will be required to execute the specific tasks that make up the project. On the basis of this document the cost of the project will be calculated. The proposed phases of the project and payment milestones will be created at this point, as well.

Project time schedule composition. If the customer approves the project execution cost, then the project timeline and phases will be agreed upon with the customer.

Interaction and communication during project execution. The rules of interaction and the methods and frequency of communication between a Customer and Paradigma during the project will be based on the customer's wishes.

The agreements reached during all of the above stages will be incorporated into a contract between the customer and Paradigma and once signed, the work on the project will begin.
